What is the Mother Road Market?
Welcome to the Mother Road Market! The Mother Road Market is Tulsa's FIRST food hall, developed by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. Housed on 11th Street & South Lewis Avenue in the historic 1939 Scrivner-Stevens Co. Grocery building, Mother Road Market is a vibrant community space, allowing Tulsans and tourists alike to eat, sip, shop and enjoy several different food concepts - all under one roof. Customers are able to browse special gift items, pick up fresh ingredients like local produce, meat and dairy to take home, and cook their own creations.
Mother Road Market is approximately 27,000 square feet, and features a curated collective of over 20 small shops at 320 square feet each. Mother Road Market features a bar, a demonstration kitchen to house restaurant pop-ups and cooking classes, an indoor/outdoor seating area, children’s activities, and, most importantly, easy access for residents and tourists to a diverse, eclectic range of Tulsa’s best food businesses.
Finally, food entrepreneurs have the opportunity to use the small shop model to pilot test their latest concepts, without the financial investment of opening a full-scale restaurant or brick-and-mortar business.
The Mother Road Market was built to allow local entrepreneurs and small businesses to test their concepts and grow their businesses. We are all glad you are here and happy to serve you in the new Mother Road Market!
