Booking must be done 24 hours in advanced

  • Booking time in the kitchen must be done 24 hours in advance.

  • Using kitchen space without booking time may result in a fine of $15.00 per half hour you use kitchen without booking time on the food corridor.

  • Orientation must be completed before you are able to utilize a cooking station

  • Range Station #1 - Included single stack oven, 6 burner range with oven, prep table with built in sink - $15.00/Hour
  • Range Station #2 - Double Stack Oven, 6 burner Range, Flat Top Griddle, Prep Table with Sink - $15.00/Hour
  • Range Station #3 - Double Stack Oven, Six burner Range, Charbroiler, Prep Table with Sink - $15.00/Hour
  • Baking Station #1 - Large Mixer, Double Stack Oven, Access to Cooler, & Prep Table - $15.00/Hour
  • Baking Station #2 - Red Midsize Mixer. Double Stack Oven, Access to Cooler & Prep Table - $15.00/Hour
  • Baking Station #3 - Includes double stack convection oven, Silver mixer, access to cooler & prep table - $15.00/Hour
  • Prep Station #1 - Includes Prep Table, Drop Down Electric - $10.00/hour
  • Prep Station #2 - Includes Prep Table, Drop Down Electric - $10.00/hour
  • Prep Station #3 - Includes Prep Table, Drop Down Electric - $10.00/hour

Additional Prep Tables can be added to any station for $3.00/hour

 

If station is not left in a usable, clean state please report this to Kitchen 66 before you start using the station.

 

Kitchen equipment must be wiped down, sanitized and returned to its original position at the end of a booking, not cleaning and returning equipment may result in a fine of up to $30.00
