Bakeshop's Country Sourdough Loaf - February Subscription

Bakeshop's Country Sourdough Loaf - February Subscription

from 8.00

The Loaf:

Bakeshop's signature country sour loaf is part white and part whole wheat, with a tangy, salty, slightly sweet taste and tender crumb resulting from its long, slow development. One loaf weighs in at about 2.4 pounds and makes 12ish good sized slices for toast. Delicious with butter, jam, soup, cheese, or anything else you can think of.

Bakeshop is a small-batch artisan bakery specializing in old school sourdough bread. Each of our loaves is handcrafted from whole ingredients including wild natural yeast and fermented for 24-30 hours to maximize flavor, texture, and digestibility.

February Sourdough Country Loaf Subscriptions are now open! You can order weekly or every-other week loaves for pick-up each Wednesday in February. Loaves will be available at the Kitchen 66 Cafe, at 907 S. Detroit Ave, from 7:30am-2:30pm. Parking is available on the street or directly across from the building on Detroit. Come by and join us for lunch as you pick up your bread!

*** We're sorry, but we will not be able to accommodate any substitutions for pick-up days.  Loaves that are not picked up by close of the cafe on the day you have signed up for will be available the following day. If you are not able to pick up by 2:30 on Thursday of your pick up week, your loaf will be donated. ***
