Mother Road Market Description: Mother Road Market, opened in November 2018 by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, is Tulsa’s first food hall! With its 20 retail and restaurant spaces, Mother Road Market allows food entrepreneurs to utilize the small shop model to pilot test their latest concepts, without the financial investment of opening a full-scale restaurant or brick-and-mortar business.
General Store Coordinator Position Purpose: Mother Road Market is looking for a part-time store coordinator to oversee operations of the General Store. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining store inventory processes, scheduling and coordinating vendor deliveries, supporting cashier team, and overseeing in-store promotional events. This position requires a well-organized, self-motivated individual with a passion for Mother Road Market’s mission. This is an hourly position beginning at $13/hour to commensurate with experience, and will report to Mother Road Market’s Assistant Manager. Nights and weekends are expected. Schedule and receive vendor deliveries
Manage store inventory
Oversee special promotional events of the General Store, including store tastings and promotional activities
Support General Store cashier team
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
Accurately track sales trends and spoilage
Manager on Duty shift for Mother Road Market
Collaborate with Mother Road Market/ Kitchen 66 teams on system creation and process documentation at General Store
Organizational and time management skills
