TAKEOVER CAFE

The Takeover Cafe is a pop-up space that gives food entrepreneurs the opportunity to test their concepts on a daily basis in an affordable, low-risk environment! When you pop up at the Takeover Cafe, you gain practical experience in developing your pricing and profitability, testing your recipes, gaining customer feedback, increasing your brand exposure, and experience running both back and front of house!

LANDMARK FOOD TRUCK

The Landmark Food Truck is a great next step from the Takeover Cafe for food entrepreneurs to test their concepts for up to a week at a time. Additionally, for those interested in operating their business out of a food truck, the Landmark gives real world experience operating in tight spaces!

TAKEOVER CAFE RESIDENCY

The Takeover Cafe Residency is a new concept that allows food entrepreneurs the chance for longer pop-ups. This space is dedicated to extended stays for seasoned veterans to work on the next steps like staffing, inventory, purchasing, and continued brand exposure.

GENERAL STORE

The General Store gives food entrepreneurs that work on packaged products a sales platform to grow and scale their products alongside other established Oklahoma makers. Founded in 1997 by Bill Lobeck and Kathy Taylor and supported by Chair of the Board, Elizabeth Frame Ellison, the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation (LTFF) is a second generation investment, dedicated to making Tulsa an innovative, collaborative and thriving city by decreasing barriers associated with Tulsans achieving their goals. To fulfill this mission, LTFF also acts as a grantmaker, innovator and convener.
