FAQs

  • The first step in joining Kitchen 66 is filling out an application! You can apply here, and submit any questions to info@kitchen66tulsa.com.

  • Kitchen space is rented by the hour, and our companies pay a monthly invoice for their time used. Each station has a different hourly rate, but on average, folks pay about $12/hour. While there is no membership fee or annual fee to use Kitchen 66, we do have a $100 monthly minimum.

  • This just means that everyone in our kitchen is expected to use at least $100 worth of kitchen time each month- and if for some reason you don’t, you’ll be charged $100. For example, if you book 8 hours of time at a prep station that rents $10 an hour, you will have only used $80 worth of kitchen time. To meet the minimum, an extra $20 will be added to your bill to hit the monthly minimum.

  • The first requirement is to fill out an application! You can access our application here. Outside of that, some basic requirements include (but are not limited to):

    • EIN Number

    • Sales Tax Permit

    • General Liability Insurance

    • Tulsa Health Department License

Depending on the type of license you obtain with the Tulsa Health Department, you may have additional paperwork to submit before licensure.

  • Nope! You have enough costs as a food start-up, so there is no joining or annual membership fee for Kitchen 66!

  • Due to various zoning and production regulations, Kitchen 66 cannot be home to companies processing THC-containing ingredients.

  • While we’re home to many companies who do not produce anything with major allergens, we cannot certify that we’re allergen friendly.

  • Yes, we can! We’re able to fulfill commissary kitchen requirements as required by the Tulsa Health Department. As a member of Kitchen 66, you’ll have access to waste water disposal, grease disposal, fresh water, and dishwashing. Please note that food truck/trailer fees may differ from regular kitchen membership fees.

  • For inquiries on using our space to film, please email info@kitchen66tulsa.com with the following information:

    • Date/Time of filming

    • Number of people in crew

    • Equipment Requirements

Please note that inquiries for filming are best submitted 1 week before filming date. Because we are a shared-use kitchen, there may be others in the kitchen at time of filming.
